Speaking in terms of best value for money, the Duplicator 5s Mini is the best 3D printer at the moment in my experience.
I unboxed it yesterday, getting it from the front yard to the studio took about 10 minutes, then in another 20 it was up and running.
So far I ran tests with a low-poly model, organic sculpture, a mechanical part and a flexible set of parts, in all four it excels.

Make sure to install stable releases of firmware, also there is software to convert gcode to the proprietary idea (.i) format Wanhao works with.
The Wanhao maker slicer produces great results and will generally have all the settings available you need.
