A Cub Scout troop in Wilmington, Delaware has recently learned a valuable lesson about new technologies, like 3D printing, and helping people through charitable acts. The scouts participated in a project in which they 3D printed and assembled five prosthetic hands: four of which went to Haitian children, and one that went to a troop friend who was missing a hand. This friend now reports that is life has been significantly improved through this technology, and we can bet that the same goes for the four Haitian children who received hands as well.
