3D Printed EEG Headset Created With Taulman Filament

Cognionics says a key factor in their rapid progress is the use of 3D printing for both rapid prototyping and for manufacturing complex shapes and parts. The company's systems contain a range of 3D printed parts, using a wide variety of materials to fit special requirements. They say they rely heavily on nylon filament material which Cognionics uses in situations where parts more durable than ABS-based materials can provide. As a result of the complexity they require, they say such parts would consistently fail if they were built with with ABS-based material.
