This 3D Printed / Cardboard Bike will be driven at MakeFaire!
This weekend, San Mateo, California will kick off the Bay Area Maker Faire. With makers' penchant for 3D printing, the technology is sure to be apparent--and one man will be demonstrating its use with the help of a popular material not often seen alongside high-tech products: cardboard. Jose Ramil Seneris will be introducing his 3D printed/cardboard bicycle and plans to ride it three times in a 10-foot-long line to demonstrate its function. Inspired by Izhar Gafni's cardboard bicycle, Seneris' creation is made largely from cardboard, with the front and rear sprockets produced on a 3D printer.
