ClearCorrect uses a digital scan of each dental patient’s mouth to create highly accurate, 3D printed models they then employ to build their custom, clear dental aligners. The aligners apply slight pressure to any of a patient’s teeth which required cosmetic relocation to slowly complete the realignment process one step at a time. ClearCorrect says 3D printing is crucial to their manufacturing process at every step of a patient’s treatment, and they use Stratasys Objet Eden500V 3D printers to accomplish it.
