Technically, no. Its actually a diving helmet, not a SCUBA helmet.

These types of diving helmets were supplied with air from the surface via an umbilical hose connected to a compressor topside therefore they fail the "Self Contained" part of SCUBA.
Been NAUI certified since 1983 (Instructor was Garry Howland one of the founding board of directors) and am a certified commercial diver. I have had the pleasure (and terror) of diving one of these types of rigs. Let me tell ya, the fear of having ones body compressed into your helmet is a rather sobering experience.
But its still cool looking for a 3D print The antiquing on it is wonderful.
