so what we have, its a stick, its a magnet, it has to spin.

That is not sufficient information for anyone to help you.

How much does the magnet weigh
How fast does it have to spin
How long is the stick
How accurate does the spin rate need to be
How fast does it need to get to that spin rate
How long does it have to take to stop when you turn it off.

Just a few of the questions that have to be answered before anyone can make any suggestions.

Ok... here it is

How much does the magnet weigh... Dont know because i couldnt weight it on the scale because its magnet... its farely light
How fast does it have to spin... slow... from i would say 50-80 rpm or so
How long is the stick... about 15 cm
How accurate does the spin rate need to be... VERY!
How fast does it need to get to that spin rate... not fast... its installation so its would be on for some time
How long does it have to take to stop when you turn it off.... not important
