envisionTEC's ABS Flex material sounds applicable. You'll need to ask them or comb through their site to see if all their stereolithography printers can use it.

Best I can tell, each of their series are subdivided into models that are configured to maximize size or maximize resolution. Most of them will easily do X-Y resolution in the 30 micron range -- that's 0.030mm. Piece of cake for a 0.31 x 1.64mm object.
