Nice article. I think part of the allure of a the term makerspace is that it can and does vary in specifics, but in general it is always a place for constructive skills sharing - usually physical skills, like fabricworking, woodworking, metalworking and electronics work, but can also include audio processing, computer coding and other ventures. By having a generally inclusive title, it allows the participants to have some ownership.
