3d Viper accuracy issue
Hey,
I run a 3D Viper machine. I'm using a ceramic based nano tool resin. for some reason I'm getting a growth factor on my parts rather than a shrink factor.
If I make a 1 inch square block I get measurements like x= 1.0225 in and y = 1.0215 in. that's over 20 thousandth's bigger than it should. If I put scale factors in the machine to run smaller I can get close to 1 inch on the blocks, but if the part is say 9 inches long, the length is shorter than it should be. How do I adjust for a growth without losing overall length in the size of a part?
