PVA surrounding extruder instead of laying down (first layer)
Hi,
I have a new FFCP and I'm trying a dual extrusion print. I've tried the PVA at both 200 and 190. Both settings work great when loading the filament - it extrudes really smoothly. Ive' tried bed temps of 60 and 65. In every case, the PLA works great, but the PVA immediately hits the bed and curls up around the nozzle, then clogs.
Any thoughts? I haven't seen one good line of PVA yet.
Thanks,
Ryan

What bed surface are you using? You might need to try hairspray or glue to get the PVA to stick. It's fairly notorious for not sticking to smooth surfaces.
