Best 3d printer between 30,000-50,000
I am looking for a 3D for a small business. I want to get as large of a build volume as possible with good accuracy. I don't need a full color printer but I am interested on being able to use a variety of materials. Accuracy and speed being the most important characteristics.
What do you guys recommend?
Thanks

You might take a look at some of the Objet machines, which can print in a range of hardnesses and colors. They come in a variety of sizes too: http://www.stratasys.com/3d-printers...es/objet30-pro

Hi
I engaged in the production and sale of 3d printer. We have a lot of products, assembly is simple, strong and durable. Delta and Prusa i3 which sold very well.

Below these two machines are very durable, and after successful commissioning few issues, we use these two machines to print plastic parts every day, work more than ten hours a day, but it is generally not a problem.

It supports printing materials: ABS and PLA
(ABS filament is the perfect material for 3D printing of strong and durable prints. It has great mechanical properties like high toughness and strength.PLA filament is one of the most popular materials to print with, and for a reason! It is a harmless, good-looking due to the semi-transparency and strong material, and it is biodegradable.)

I would think the stratasys objets were out of your price range.
The objet 30 is a pretty small print volume for a printer that i can't find a price for - just a 'click for quote'. That's always a bad sign :-)
300 × 200 × 150 mm (11.81 × 7.87 × 5.9 in.)
You might do well to start looking at some of the newer fff machines.
The 3dp for example retails at around $20,000 with a build volume of 1mx1mx50cm (39″ x 39″ x 19″)
http://3dpunlimited.com/?gclid=Cj0KE...gTcaArMG8P8HAQ
They've also just introduced larger diameter nozzles for lower resolution but much faster printing.
It can print with any filament from standard abs and pla to ninjaflex.
So cheaper materials than sintered nylon - but with a huge variety to chooses from. Everything from conductive to carbon fibre strenthened to metallic finishes.
It also comes with simplify 3d - probably the best layout and slicing software around - certainly the best I've used.
And on top of that they're a great bunch of people and you definitely get the impression they care about their products.
Just don't believe the beer thing :-)
The other thing I'dlook at - ower price bracket and smaller build volume. But the ultimate in flexibility materials wise. the Hyrel http://www.hyrel3d.com/
With abudget of between 30-50,000 - I'd beinclined to get both top of the range models.
But that's just because I'd love to play with a fully specced hyrel :-)
I think the 3dp would probably fit your needs better.Last edited by curious aardvark; 05-19-2015 at 05:37 AM.

At Hyrel, we admit that we are not the fastest printers around. We typically print at 30mm/sec (1800mm/min), sometimes slower depending on the model and material.
I can set up a skype/teamviewer session if you would like to see and operate one of our printers remotely.
$50,000.00 would get you ten System 30Ms with enough left over to get some nice accessories or possibly cover shipping, depending on where you are located.

The Titan Robotics Atlas looks like a good option

the atlas is a bit cheaper but is smaller in the x&y but larger in the z axis:
The Atlas is the largest of our 3-axis industrial 3D printers (build space 30″X x 30″Y x 48″Z)
Printer will print perfect...
