Rostock Issues and problems
Hello everyone,
I am Sam and i'm new to the forum but it looks brilliant and i will surely be using it allot.
Anyway i have built a Rostock style 3D Printer using the modified marlin software to run it of a ramps1.4 board everything works individually, it homes, it extrudes, it does basically everything its been made to do... apart from print. I have tried many types of print file including gcode and bfb and exporting objects using different slicing programs but nothing seems to work. here is a video i made to show the depth of the issue... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jkeKV...3AwGBu4rWfURIg
I hope someone is able to help
thanks
Sam

You might try posting on the google delta bot forum: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/deltabot
Are all three steppers moving? It almost looks like one is stationary which would cause the nozzle to swing up like that.

Hey,
Ye seems like it has a height set wrong in the calibiration?
I dont own a rostock so i might be wrong,
Try using Prontrface? Just put some Gcode in yourself like G1 x50 y50 z0 and that across your bed to see if its actualy the Gcode or probably something with your calibiration settings being offset a whole lot.
