This is an anatomically accurate model of a spider monkey skull created from a CT scan of an actual skull. The skull model approximately 5/8 life size and is created using 3D printing technology. It is printed in stainless steel infused with bronze. The model is 50 mm long (about 2 inches).

Spider monkeys (genus Ateles) are New World monkeys found in the tropical rain forests of Central and South America, from southern Mexico to Brazil.

This model is also available in other materials such as plastic and gold-plated stainless steel. The model can also be ordered with an attached loop for stringing a chain. Please contact me if you would like to place a custom order.

Yes, I do my printing at Shapeways. They have brass and silver as well. It is quite a bit pricier for both the brass and silver.
