Received mine <1 week ago. Not impressed at all. Prints look horrible. I ordered the assembled unit and the silicone rods had come off in shipment, the aluminum heating bed warps way too easily. I did numerous prints with different temps and profiles and all came out really, really bad. I emailed the team to have someone Skype me soon to work on it or I'm returning it. And returning it will cost you about $100 out of pocket for shipping and filament. It's costing you 1/4 to 1/5 the price of the whole unit just to send it back. They have tons of issues with the software. The initial batch of nozzles apparently is drilled incorrectly for most people, mine seemed fine though. Using ABS as well.

The sample prints on their website are most definitely showroom quality. I can't produce anything remotely close.

EDIT: There is also STILL little to no documentation regarding the unit. They just uploaded build diagrams (not that it mattered for me, $25 to have them assemble to avoid this headache is what I wanted) a week or so ago. The unit has definitely been prematurely released, in my opinion.
