Ender 3 V2 (NEO) - Uneven first layers
WhatsApp Image 2024-03-26 at 10.31.34 PM.jpg
Hello guys.
I have a strange problem with my printer. I use PETG, and have had a lot of success with prints for a while. And I love PETG.
But a few weeks ago, as you can see in the photo, my first layers started to present an irregular surface, as if the nozzle touched more in some points, and in others less.
Note: I use a glass table and my printer has automatic leveling.
Have you ever seen something similar?
I'm a little desperate because I sell parts and have some orders to place. :'(

Suggestion........
Print some random one layer thick 50mm squares at 0.2mm layer height. Examine the result.
Then increase or decrease the 'Z' offset in 0.01mm incriments at a time and check results.
