I have a Makerbot Replicator 2 that has seen 7 years of use. I recently noticed that the x and y dimensions of parts are off by about 1/16th of an inch if it fills the plate. That is a lot. I lowered the nozzle temp to 200 from 210 for tough pla and it had no effect. The Z is accurate. I am using a heated bed which I have at 55. Belts are all tight. Nothing seems loose. Any ideas?
