Support structures for 3D jigsaw puzzles.
Would it be better to have an internal support structure and move the pieces out farther so there would be a large gap between the pieces to "snip" the support away later, or print individual pieces? (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:217877)
Thanks

I would use HIPS ABS filament as the support and dissolve it later on in limonella, print it all in one go.

Geoff has a really good idea. Did you ever print this out? I'd love to see a photo and hear how it came out.

I currently have my Rep 2X setup with HIPS, if you want I can try that myself and see how it goes...
Printer will print perfect...
