I just received my first 3d kit from Replikeo... Prusa i3. Before I purchased they answered my questions very quickly. The package came quick (1 week @ $100 shipping), and packaged very well. I have not finished setting up but I wanted to let you know that the parts are low quality. The smooth rods are not machined very well (no bevel) so when I inserted them into the linear bearings, it screwed them up. Anyway, i suspect most wouldn't make that mistake but I didn't notice how "rough" they were cut. I just ordered some new rods and bearings from a USA company, much better quality.
Also, I emailed them Sunday I have YET to hear back from them! So far, VERY bad customer service... still waiting.
Other than that, the pieces are pretty good, solid hardware. Can't expect perfection for a $250 printer (plus $100 shipping). I'll have to post again when I get this thing set up.
