Hacking a 3D Printer to Work with NES Controller
Jeff Payeur was a touch frustrated that he had to use mouse clicks to send GCode instructions to his 3D printer, so he did what engineers do: he came up with a better way. Payeur adapted an old Nintendo USB controller and existing software to take care of the task. His solution uses Printrun and a script he wrote to interface with the NES device to all hotkey commands to do the heavy lifting of interfacing with his printer.
