3D printer not printing arches

I am relatively new to 3D printing. I am using a Makerbot Replicator 2 that I can use at work.

I am trying to 3D print a piece. I have attached the STL file and an image of what is happening. The print appears to stop mid-print on the arches. It gets really thin and wispy and then stops extruding and says it is finished. I believe I had the settings at 20% infill with 3 shells. I also tried 80% infill with 3 shells.

Does anyone know what to do to make this print properly?
