    Sorry for the blurry image.

Here are two different prints. One with a dark blue PLA the other with green PLA. The issue doesn't seem to be temperature related. Everything on three sides of the object is perfect, except for the center part and only in the middle of the object. It's very consistent.

I'll play around with FlashPrint...actually have an object printing with it now. *EDIT* -- worse results. For whatever reason, I have a thick bulgy line running from the top to bottom of the part.

Is this starting point of the layer print? If so, have you tried changing/randomizing starting points?

You may be over extruding. I think Flashprint defaults to 109%. Try setting extrusion ratio to 90%. Print the 20x20x10 box with 100% infill or 30 top and 30 bottom layers set. If the box comes out very close to 20x20 mm you should be extruding the correct material and you can try your part again. If you are under 20x20 or over 20x20 mm try adjusting the ratio up or down accordingly.

The bulging line may be due to the start points always being in the same spot. To remove the bulging line you need to pick: use random start points in the perimeter settings / Start Points. If you are over extruding the bulge may be more pronounced.
