I got the glass here
http://www.mcmaster.com/#8476k23/=vicokw
I ended up cutting the corners with a dremel with diamond saw blade, worked great
its very stiff/flat, takes some time for the heat to sink in.
I noticed that since the probe is offset from the hotend it can only probe a portion of the glass
i got the 1/4"Last edited by adamfilip; 01-17-2015 at 02:55 PM.

Yeah I have mine set to 0 and 250 i believe, as close to the clips as i can get, I also have my endstops adjusted so that 0,0 is just inside the clips.

Stupid question: So now, i adjust the gap between the glass and the head
I assume in the slicer, and only in the slicer?
so if i set first layer heigth to .2mm it should be .2mm??
Thank you so much for all your help, I really do appreciate it

FYI - Mini binder clips take up less of the glass and also don't stick up as high as the common small binder clips.

I didn't look at the code close enough, the decimal points only needed to be removed from the X and Y offset points, you still need full accuracy on the Z offset, so add the decimal point back to the Z offset. Also to make adjustments, as a general rule, the more negative you make the number the closer to the bed you are getting, the more positive it is the further away you are. I have been getting my offset lately and then making it roughly .15 more negative jsut to get it closer to the bed. That's jsut me though.
