Oil infusions

hi,

im mainly printing using pla and was considering making a sented decoration for my car, would a normal scented oil work (ie just leave it in there for a few hours) or would i need to create so kind of mesh to hold oil.

Soaking the piece in oils would probably work, just don't know how strong the scent would be or how long it will last. May take some trial and error.

You could also have a hidden compartment inside the piece and load it with some of those aroma beads. I've made a few scented pendants in my time and that's usually how I do it.
