Flashforge Creator 3 Pro

Hi folks, just received one of these printers for work (nothing too serious yet, just an experimental thing) and we are having some early issues.. We have not been blown away by the quality of the printing yet. I think some of this is down to Flashforges own slicer, but some is also down to settings. Can someone help determine what is resulting in the un-evenness and the gaps between fill and edge as seen in the picture below? Thanks for any help folks :-)
