Help troubleshooting
I have tried a couple different options so far. Changes of temperature for the nozzle as well as the baseplate. At first i was trying to print 15 of these at a time so I thought the layers were getting to cold by the time the nozzle passed back over, but after trying to print just one I am getting the same issue I got from the mass print. Any help or possible troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.
I am working with an Ender 3 pro. If there are any specific specs or things you want to ask me for more context, please let me know. I am not sure exactly what to add to a post like this.
I have attached a picture of the print, as well as the gcode that i was using for said print. The print takes about 30 minutes so if I take your advice do give me some time to start the print again before getting back to you.
Thank you again.

I printed CE3PRO_cableChain_link_v3.gcode and there is nothing wrong with your sliced G-code.
Therefore it must be have something to do with filament extrusion, clogged extruder, stepper missteps or filament.
What filament are you 3D Printing?
I see that the extruder temp is 220C with bed temp of 50C layer height .2mm

I’m using CCTree White PLA, I can get more specific if needed.
It’s been working fine so far. I had a good Benchie and was able to print a set of drawers and, as well as a filament guide and things like that with no error.

It could be that the smaller model just needs to be printed slower on your 3D Printer.
However I doubled the set print speed on my 3D Printer an dropped the nozzle temp to 208C
