Unfortunately 3d printing is not like printing a document. There is a Slicer learning curve and you bought a very entry level printer that will probably cause you more issues than you want.. Also when you download models it is always good to import them into 3d builder to check them for errors before slicing. You may want to search basic tutorials for whatever slicer you are using.

Thank you for the prompt response. I have the Creality Slicer program that I load it into; however I'm not sure what to look for. Do you have any advice as to what to look for that may be causing the issue?
