bottom most layer 1/2 mm wider than all other layers
My thought process was the bed may be too hot and allowing the filament to settle a bit so I lowered it from 70 to 60 but it didn't help much. The item I am printing is 16.40mm on all layers except the very first which is 16.96 mm. I'm currently using a .4mm nozzle, .8 mm top/bottom thickness, .2 mm layer height and .8 mm shell thickness. PLA 1.75mm Nozzle at 200C and bed at 60C. Print speed is at 70 mm/s but even at 50 it did it. Bottom layer speed is 20mm/s and initial layer thickness of .3mm. Perhaps I should speed that up a tad to help w/ this since this problem only occurs on the bottom layer and the only print difference I can see between the bottom layer and all others in cura is that bottom layer speed.
Thanks much guys.
