Probably needed the chamber hotter or more stabilized temp. I usually preheat the bed until the chamber hits bout 40c then I start he print. NO FAN!!
I run 100 bed and 230 nozzle. The warping and cracking is usually cooling to quick.

Re-printed it in Raptor PLA and it's just perfect. One of these days I'm just gonna stop beating my head against that ABS wall.

Hmm, ambient here is~25C-26C and ~42% humidity. I have been running the bed at 95C. After about 20min the interior temp usually can get up to about 32C and the humidity drops to ~30-34%. I've not noticed the temp climbing past ~32C and I am wondering what's different. Why does your setup warm up so? Ideas?

I do run a bed preheat a few times and let it run until it times out. I also tape up the slit in the back of the top to slow heat loss there. I seem to be able to get about sustained 45c at the back, lower left corner of the machine which is where my thermometer is.
