Frigidaire Part - Too complex need scanned

I have a Frigidaire Refrigerator with a broken water dispenser lever.

It's a bit complex to be designed (well, it would take a lot of time I think) so I was wondering what the chances are of having it digitized?

Does Office Depot or Staples or any of those type places have a Scanner ?

Do you think the scan would be accurate enough to print a working copy?

Two recent projects of mine were an 8 cavity cap mould with an screwing mechanism and in-mould closing and all patterns and composite moulds for a business class seat shell (8 modules). I'm really curious to see how a lever is to complex to design...
