    The other thing I did not mention was to check the diameter of ABS with a digital caliper if that is not something you normally do.. If it is under sized could be slipping in the filament drive and will also need to be put into the slicer so it will extrude the correct amount. I have a roll of nylon 910 that is 1.60 rather than that 1.75 it should be..
