Makex Technology first introduced the M-Jewelry 3D printer last year, in advance of a Kickstarter campaign. The campaign, which was initially slated for launch last summer, was pushed back, but now Makex has returned and will be releasing the M-Jewelry printer via Kickstarter on October 17. While the price has not yet been revealed, the printer will be sold at anywhere from one-half to one-quarter of the cost of a typical jewelry printer, according to Makex. With a high resolution of 50 microns, plus features including a long-lasting UV LED light source, a touch screen interface, and wireless capabilities, the M-Jewelry printer is already looking like a very attractive option.
