The world is being treated once again to the combination of 3D printing technology and music videos as Dan Sultan premiered his new piece earlier in the month. Kicking off his new tour in Australia, the ‘Magnetic’ video is a teaser for what fans will be able to enjoy. And while the song is one you’ll probably want to download and enjoy over and over if you’re into rock and roll and gritty blues, the video is truly something to behold. Made by Dropbear Digital, in collaboration with several other designers and technicians, the ‘Magnetic’ video shows a 3D printed head working in stop motion to create the sense that are seeing Sultan’s statue singing to us. The video is stunning, and took nearly two months to complete with over 60 3D printed parts that kept five 3D printers running continuously for. The LP will be released in 2017, but the concert tour kicks off next month for Sultan and his band. Read more at 3DPrint.com: https://3dprint.com/152253/3dp-sulta...c-music-video/
