Using 3D files from Do3D.com and a Robo3D R1+ 3D printer, a combat wounded veteran named Tim O’Sullivan created a realistic full-body Iron Man suit. After printing the components, which took him eight months to do, O’Sullivan used a variety of automotive body finishing techniques, such as glazing putty and Bondo auto body filler.
