The printed carriage does hit the top plate like the stock ones do.
No issues with the filament...tried 4 different spools.
Machine is in air conditioned room of my house...temp in case not above normal during prints.
It just stops feeding material.

I think this is an interesting 3D printer. It may have too small a build area for many interests, but looks rather versatile and sturdily constructed. Any comments about this printer? https://www.kickstarter.com/projects...tal-3d-printer

I have really been looking at the kossel kit printers.
Seems like a delta style printer would be better for alot of the jewelry and artistic stuff I do like little statues and stuff like that.
Probably what I am gonna end up doing is sell my qidi, get a mini kossel and a cheap I3 clone. Then I have cartesian and delta option.
