What an experience for the kids from Al Noor Training Center for Children With Special Needs in Dubai! Thanks to Generation 3D, they were able to give a description of what they would be like as superheroes. The team had an illustrator present and made 3D models from their descriptions, then 3D scanned each of the children’s faces and superimposed them on the models, which were then 3D printed on a 3DS Projet 860Pro 3D printer. The 3D printed figurines were presented to the children at a surprise ceremony in an afternoon full of fun. Generation 3D hopes to create a global project for kids around the world, offering them the same experience. Read more at 3DPrint.com: https://3dprint.com/139450/children-3d-printed-superheroes/
