Auto Bed Leveling
I have a Pegasus 12" with Clough42 Itty Bitty. I just noticed in configuration.h the following:
// Uncomment one of the following four lines so the Bed Topology Report can produce a map
// that relates accurately to your bed orientation.
#define ORIGIN_FRONT_LEFT
//#define ORIGIN_BACK_LEFT
//#define ORIGIN_FRONT_RIGHT
//#define ORIGIN_BACK_RIGHT
Is this correct even though the homing position is in the back right on this printer? Does it matter for everyday use or only for this 'Bed Topology Report'?

That is only for the Bed Topology Report. It orientates what gets printed so you can visualize those numbers over your print bed. Most of the 'Enhancements' got merged into the official Marlin code over at GitHub. But that one part of the set did not get merged. It was felt that most people home to the front left and for those that did not, for how often they use the feature, they could just rotate things in their head.
