Help needed with creating fender emblem
I am new to 3D printing technology but I thought someone here might be able to help me figure out how to create some clear plastic fender emblems for a car I am restoring. The emblems are approx. 6" x 1 1/8" and are 3/16" thick. They are clear with gold letters engraved from the inside. They will have to be able to form to a fender so I am not sure if they can be made flexible or if they will have to be heated up in order to create the slight curve required. I am attaching pictures of the emblems that I require.

Try a program called OpenSCAD, a parametric 3d drawing program really ideal for this type of project. Below is a model that I created. The font size and letter spacing are not the exact size you are looking for, but you should get the idea.
