!!Duel Printing Problems!! FF Creator X
Okay. I have a Problem I Need Fixed. 2 color Printing With the FF Creator X.
I Current have a laptop With Makerware 64bit version on it. Windows 7.
I Am about to go back to Replicator-G. So everything works great up until the First layers. It starts extruding from the left Extruder and travels left to the end of the build plate.
Then makes a quick left jump to max out its axis. then extrudes from the right and travels back over the Previously printed Purge. once it makes it to the edge of the build plate
it jumps right maxing out the axis. then the stepper motors skip as it tries moving Further Right.
Should I tried replicator based on the g codes in this? (Universe's Unofficial FlashForge Creator X Manual)
OR is it the Slicer?
I noticed That the makeware version doesn't allow you to size parts or move them. is that true or is the program not installing properly?
Really at a Loss at what to do. And I Really need to got it to work.

All the makerware versions I've used allow easy moving and sizing as well as selecting which extruder to use for each part.
Check this thread.

You can do anything you like in Makerware, scale, move, duplicate, flatten, preview etc. But ensure you are using makerware and not makerware desktop, the new piece of crap they peddle on you.
Try this version of Makerware and tell me what you get:

I will Once Again try this. The First time I installed it it didn't give any of the disply items(move, scale ect..) And when I tried to printing two color it acted like the build plate was WAY LEFT of its actual placement.
if it doesn't work this time I will post a video to show.

UPDATE. I installed the first option. The makerbot bundle of awesome. It seems to work. I can live without being able to print a raft. But supports? Kinds need those. So I installed the other. But it never installs any drivers. (Unlike the other) and none of the selection buttons show up. Are there issues with that program. Or is my computer missing something it needs?

why can't you print a raft ?
Makerware has a print raft option. I always used a raft for abs.
Never used supports so can't helkp there - but presumably there's a support button as well.
I'd have alook but it's on the workshop computer and I'm currently in the house :-)

Because the box is grayed out. And it says (new and improved) next to the grayed our box. Same with supports. But once again that in not my problem. Should makerware connect to my printers as the replicator duel or the 2x? Everything printed great until it switch to the left extruder. Then it when haywire. The left extruder seem like the print bed is way left of its actual position. Maybe it's a slicing error??

Then I am not sure. It's connecting as replicator duel. It's running as a sailfish FF Creator.
Firmware version 7.6.
Any of this my problem?
