Is this ok and normal??
Sorry for all the post but I was printing some things tonight and the printer head just sounds like it's going to bang it self a part. This is sent at 35mm/s in S3D
At the start and at 12 seconds. It does it again around 20 and 27 seconds.

No, this is not normal.
This is the sound of a stepper motor either not being able to move, it is blocked - OR it is struggling to pull the carriage because it is too week, ie it is a bad stepper motor.
I would check all belts are tight, and if they are too tight, this can be the problem - but they would have to be VERY tight to stop motor function. The fact it is making the noise when it is printing in the middle of the bed is bad.
Are you sure nothing is in the way? no cables being caught? If this keeps happening then it will definitely be affecting your prints.Hex3D - 3D Printing and Design http://www.hex3d.com

If you look at the nozzle is is going left and right at a very high rate, which is making the sound. There is nothing holding it or getting caught. It's the infill and the walls being thin. I sat and watched it for a few minutes as it would only do it when doing the infill porting (x a pattern) that is joining the side together.
