The perfect ABS machine
It seems the spiderbot team has been busy to develop an even more industrial and reliable version of their machine. The result is impressive : tilting dual head to avoid classical gantry dual head issues, hot airflow for warp-free ABS printing, silicon insulation, 250mm diamter delta, fully enclosed, heat resistant components all around for long term durability and reliability ... Price tag isn't announced yet but since they're making it wholesale & industrial with MAPED it might be affordable. (I know, one can dream right ?)

Hmm, looks ok I guess, but I can't get really excited about it, I am building pretty much an identical machine and it was pretty easy. I want to see his print speed, that's where mine falls down with the particular e3d i'm using. I've heard the Volcano hotends are the go for super high speed ABS.
The 32Bit print controller is also not really special, I can buy the duet's for $35ea - if he has Wifi, then yeah I haven't got the module on mine yet but I have them plugged into a wifi router, so no need really.Hex3D - 3D Printing and Design http://www.hex3d.com
