Got my CTC last week,
Is it cheap... Yes.
Does it print ... Yes
Does it need mods .., oh yes
But to be fair for £270 and free shipping what do folks expect.
Mine had a faulty heat bed, needed a new 4.7k resistor.
Screws were loose all over it, even the Psu terminal block.
Bed temp is way off, needs a new thermistor.
Head temps are 30 deg lower than the firmware thinks it is, so I print PLA at 250!
No filament guide tubes were shipped.
Only one reel holder shipped.
The feeders are crap, got myself some metal ones and followed ths mod...

Works treat... I'm now printing a cooling duct (3 hour print).
Loaded sailfish ... Love it.
Added the usual pillow bearings.
Next to upgrade will be the 8mm slider bearings replaced with oil impregnated brass sliders.
I'm loving this printer, can't beat the price and who doesn't like a technical challenge eh?
