Circle and arc patterns in outer shells

Hello, I have a WASP Delta 2040 printer and in all my prints there are circles and arcs patterns emerging.
    Here are some photos:

In the photos above you can see the arcs.

In the photo above you can see the circle on the left side.

I saw that there are other users of this 3d printer that have the same problem but couldn’t find any information about this. If there is a troubleshooting guide about this please share it.
My printer is currently in service so I can't test anything but any info would be appreciated.

    Thank you for reading.

    make the pics bigger.

What slicer do you use - could be something to do with that.

ALso this is 3d printing - not injection moulding - you will always see lines and the odd pattern. It's just what it is.

    Here are the large photos:

I was using Simplify3d for the perimeters and Cura for circle.
I know it's 3d printing but a Kossel (that is 1/5 of the price of the WASP) doesn't do that.

I wonder if it could be signal-noise induced on power-supply or motherboard ?
Might try filtering circuits, using a UPS (battery power-supply) for AC,
and separating stepper-motor wires from each other and other DC wires.
If wires are bundled together, they can transfer pulses

It was connected to the UPS and I can't fiddle with the mechanics because I will lose my warranty.
    I'm stuck...
