Giant rook
So over time I think I'll be making an oversized set of chess pieces. Here is a timelapse of me printing the first one, a giant rook.

This print came about after I made an in depth walkthrough of the creation workshop software that I use to prepare my prints. There aren't many videos like this on youtube so hopefully people find this helpful. Here is the link to the walkthrough video.

I tried to be as informative as possible (hence the video length) but if I got anything wrong please leave a comment in the video so I can address it via annotations. Thanks guys, hope you enjoy the giant rook.

how long did it take ?
Info most of us want to know - so useful to just stick it on any timelapse video :-)
And yep - great detail.
One slightly misleading thing.
Because an
entire layer can be cured at once these printers tend to be very fast.

I made a change to the video description to include a bit about layer height effecting print speed. The printer settings I used are below.
Bottom Layer Exposure: 24s
Bottom layers: 15
Normal Layer Exposure: 12s
Layer height: 0.05mm
Print time: ~15hrs.
I also go through the whole model setup in this video:
