How do you apply Voronoi pattern to a model ?

How do you get that voronoi pattern of holes in a model ?

I read that - hoped there might be a simpler way :-)

You know like a program with a drop down menu that just asks for a size range for holes and then applies it to the model.

Went with 'sort of-random' series of plain old holes in the end.
