Tip Dragging after 10-15 layers

This is a new problem for me. Creator PRo, ABS, 230 extruder temp, 85 bed temp, 100% infill, 1st 15ish layers are perfect, then the tip starts to drag through the model???? .2mm layer height, seems like the platen isn't moving down enough between layers. I have made lots of small parts with this same roll of material and not had any problems. I re-leveled the platen and changed the build sheet, the ABS is sticking to the platen just fine. Any Ideas?

Over extruding.... This happens more when doing 100% infill. Material builds up and swells more an more with each layer until finally it starts to look like the build plate hasn't moved down far enough.

Simple, just turn down the Extrusion amount. What slicer are you using? It works different in S3D than say Makerware.
