Projet 3500 HD MAX
I'm having problems with the material during a build of 20 hours + can anyone help?

not without at least some information :-)
Remember we're not in your workshop with you - you have to tell us stuff.
Like: what material, what printer, what settings - oh yeah and what problem :-)
(quick internet search later)
so it's an industrial beast with uv cured multijet resin printing. Often used for jewellery making via lost wax process.

We're using ProCast acrylic. During a large build up to 90mm high it looks as if the support material mixes with the acylic so them we don't get model material we just get wax

My question to you is are you still having problems if so. you can email me at blakeignoffo@yahoo.com and i can help you resolve pretty much anything with these printers i have been a 3d systems tech for almost four years now with background in projet rev a and b 3000 printers, 3500 and 3510 printers along with a lot of other 3d systems printers.
Printer will print perfect...
