Heating Failure! Brand new MonoPrice printer :-(
I've had my printer 2 days now. (Monoprice Dual Extruder (black FFCX clone)
My brand new printer did something odd this morning....
I was Preheating the extruder and platform. The extruder was set to 230C and the platform was set to 60C
As I watched, the extruder temp went as high as 280C ? Then began to fall.
After that, I get an error that says "Heating Failure!, My extruders are losing temperature, check my connections"
Is this bad news? I don't see any loose connections.Last edited by Ward; 11-19-2015 at 06:53 AM.

So after pulling the connection and plugging it back in it and re-trying the preheat, went from 180C to 405C (in an instant), then back to 59C (all within 2 seconds)...
Now It says Right Extruder NA after getting all kinds of errors about the extruder.
