As layers build, nozzle begins to touch model causing uneven layers

As the model bulds, the nozzle begins on one side causing uneven layers. I'm not sure what's causing the issue, I've leveled the plate a few times, and regardless of where my origin is, the model always produces a layer on one side higher than the other, eventually causing a significant misalignment. Any advise would be helpful

The cone is the best example of the issue

Did you calibrate the extruders? Note that one extruder's settings may not necessarily work on the other.

Did you do the XY alignment? See 'Dual Nozzle Calibration.gcode' in RepG.

Which Host-slicer software are you using ?
Have you tried more than one software ?
Have you made any changes to default settings in software?

I'm thinking it may be a software problem and Not the printer.

I've done a dual extruder calibration again and I'm about to perform a nozzle calibration.

The images in my first post were done with Slic3r and the link to the video below was done in ReplicatorG
