As a follow-up to his impressive 3D printed working stepper motor, Proto G--Anthony Garofalo--is at it again, this time taking his motor design a step farther in using it as an educational tool. This newer design features LEDs to help teach users how a stepper motor works. He created it as a tool for educational institutes and has already received queries from interested teachers and professors in using the device to help their students to learn. Garofalo has made the design available on Thingiverse and created a new tutorial on Instructables to walk makers through the creation.
